With the proposal accepted, Foreman Luis Alas and his team arrived on-site. In this garage we installed Waterguard and a SuperSump pump to prevent any further water problems. On the walls we installed our CleanSpace liner to make the walls look nicer. On the outside of the house we installed Iceguard to prevent water backing up from frozen pipes during long winter months.

This Yorktown Heights homeowner had a crack in her basement that was allowing air and moisture to flow through. The homeowner wanted to find a permanent solution to fix this problem. She did her research and trusted the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems. 

The solution was to install a FlexiSpan System to the wall crack. We first put a port at the bottom of the crack below the floor to create a way for water to properly reach the sump pump. Then, the polyurethane sealant is applied to the crack where the crack becomes more deep to form a durable, flexible seal. This system effectively stops any leakage which is exactly what the homeowner wanted!
