Basement Waterproofing in Pelham, NY

A homeowner in Pelham, NY, was experiencing water seepage in their basement. They decided to call Connecticut Basement Systems for a permanent solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Alex Lopez, visited the home to assess the basement and propose a waterproofing solution.

Soon after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Garfield Sanderson, and his crew to install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system to capture water seepage from the walls and direct it to our sump pump system. Two sump pumps were installed - one was our TripleSafe and the other was our SuperSump Plus.

With our systems in place, this basement will stay completely dry and leave the homeowner with nothing but peace of mind.

Scarsdale, NY Basement Waterproofing.

This basement was in need of repair. We put in a WaterGuard and TripleSafe Sump Pump to remove water from the basement. Once waterproofed we removed the water damaged walls and installed Cleanspace walls to prevent any futher water damage. Lastly we added a Sanidry air purifier dehumidifier to keep the basement dry and comfortable.

SuperSump and DryTrak

This Scarsdale, NY basement used to have a water problem until we came in. We installed a SuperSump sump pump. Once the cement around it dries, the combination of the SuperSump and DryTrak perimeter drain will give the owner of this home a dry basement and peace of mind.

New SuperSump Installed in Scarsdale, NY

Old sump pumps without covers like this one allow water vapor to evaporate back into the basement, creating more basement problems like mold. With the airtight lid on the SuperSump that we installed in its place, we were able to keep water in the sump pump system, and also keep out any dirt and debris that could clog a sump pump.
