A homeowner in Tolland had water coming into their basement and needed a permanent solution so that they would never have to worry about it again. One of our Sales Consultants, Brian DiRisi, went out to the home to check out the issues and propose a solution with our waterproofing systems. 

One of our Foremen, Delfino Mones, and his crew would install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drain system below the floor to collect any water coming in through the walls or floors. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. Now with these systems, this basement will stay dry all the time!

Here we installed Waterguard TrenchDrain and a SuperSump pump to remove water and prevent any further flooding.

A customer in Amston, CT had been getting water in their basement for many years and finally decided to have it waterproofed. After reaching out to our company, we sent out one of our Salesmen, James Stablein, to the home to assess the issues and provide a solution that would eliminate this problem for good.

A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to eliminate moisture and prevent any future mold growth. Now this basement will stay dry all the time! 

Before, this Old Saybrook basement was filled with moisture that was affecting the walls and floors of the area. The bottom of the walls had to be removed as it was too damaged by the moisture and they did not want to risk a problem of mold. The floors were too unpleasant and uncomfortable for anyone to enjoy. The homeowners decided that an upgrade was needed and trusted the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems. 

The solution for this basement was to install EverLast wall restoration and ThermalDry flooring. The wall restoration is designed to prevent any damage caused by moisture including the growth of mold. They are also strong and durable while looking great as an accent to any basement. Light Pecan ThermalDry flooring was installed with benefits including a thermal break from the cold slab allowing the surface to be up to 10 degrees warmer than the concrete foundation and a grid design to stop water vapor preventing mold and odor. The transformation was incredible and the homeowners were happy with the results.  

A customer in Old Saybrook, CT had a crawlspace that was in need of waterproofing. They called our team at Connecticut Basement Systems to help solve their problems. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Stephen Singley, went to the home to visualize the issues and determine a solution. He informed them that they would need CleanSpace in the crawlspace to ensure no water would damage the space. 

Soon it would be time for one of our Foreman, Marcial Lopez, and his team to do the installation. They installed the CleanSpace throughout the crawlspace floors and on the walls, protecting it from water damage as well as mold growth. They also removed some of the old insulation and installed rim joist insulation too.
