Scheduling a free in-home consultation to better understand the issue, Citrin diagnosed the issues the homeowner's basement was experiencing.

With a completed proposal accepted by the homeowner Foreman Luis Alas and his team arrived on-site to begin work. A waterproofing system comprised of a WaterGuard French drain, TripleSafe sump pump, and CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed providing maximum protection against basement moisture. In an effort to fit the TripleSafe sump pump system, a new location was created near the old pump's area (see pictures for more insight). By accurately measuring these areas, DiRisi ensured the homeowner would be protected against further issues pertaining to moisture. 

With a finalized proposal concluded documenting all the work to be done, Foreman Delfino Mones and his team arrived on-site to begin the installation process. Following the installation, the homeowner was thrilled with the results and looks forward to her stress-free, waterproofed basement!

The solution for this Stafford basement was to install a WaterGuard System. The WaterGuard is a below-floor drainage system that collects water before it even the enters the basement. The water is then channeled through the WaterGuard system and into the TripleSafe sump pump, where the water will then exit the home through a discharge line. As seen in the after photo, the TripleSafe sump pump is installed and the wet cement is where the WaterGuard System was placed internally. Now, the homeowner can enjoy a dry basement all year long thanks to the WaterGuard System and TripleSafe sump pump.
