A homeowner in Hampton, CT, was getting water in their basement after heavy rains. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems for a permanent solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Brian DiRisi, went to the house to assess the basement and propose our waterproofing system as the solution. 

Not long after, one of our Foremen, Garfield, and his crew installed the job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement, to capture water seepage. Then our TripleSafe sump pump was installed to take the collected water and safely pump it out of the home through proper discharge lines. 

This system will work together to ensure their whole basement stays dry all the time, leaving the homeowner with great peace of mind. 

Before, this crawl space was dirty and filled with moisture which impacted the rest of the home. The dirt was unpleasant and the moisture was starting to grow mold. The homeowner was concerned for the filthy and unhealthy crawl space. He decided to contact the experts at CT Basement Systems.

Now, the crawl space is a more clean and healthy environment! CleanSpace liner was installed on the floors of the crawl space to prevent moisture to the area. Rim joist insulation was also installed to prevent unwanted air flow from coming through. This is exactly what the homeowner had wanted and is pleased with his transformed crawl space.

One of our Sales Consultants, Josh Kroop, met with the customer in their home to check out the issues, measure their space, and propose a waterproofing system that would solve this issue. 

One of our crews and Foremen, Krzysztof Wilk, would tackle this project. They installed our WaterGuard perimeter drain system in the garage, below the floor. Then they installed our SuperSump Plus sump pump with one of our UltraSump battery backups. These systems will keep this below-grade space dry and give the homeowner peace of mind.
