The homeowner decided to have ThermalDry floor carpet installed. This product includes a thermal break from the cold slab that makes the floor surface up to 10 degrees warmer. A homeowner in Waterford, CT, dealing with basement water seepage turned to us at Connecticut Basement Systems for a solution. One of our Sales Consultant Matt Kraus evaluated the situation and designed a plan.

Then one of our foreman Luis Alas and his team implemented the plan by installing the WaterGuard drainage system around the basement’s perimeter to direct water to the sump liner. They also installed the SuperSump Plus sump pump system, which includes a primary pump, a secondary pump for high volumes, and a battery backup capable of pumping 2,220 gallons per hour.
