A homeowner in Purchase, NY was getting water in their below-grade garage that leads into the basement. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us find a proper solution to their water issue. After scheduling an appointment with us, one of our Sales consultants, Vin Orsini, went to the home to assess the issues and give the homeowners a proposal for work. 

The next step would be the installation process. One of our Foremen, Krzysztof Wilk, and his team would tackle this project. They installed a WaterGuard perimeter drain system throughout the space. They jackhammer into the floor and then place the WaterGuard in. This will collect any water coming in from the walls or the floors. Then they installed a TripleSafe sump pump in the lowest point of the space to collect any water that comes into the WaterGuard and then it will pump it out of the home at a safe distance. The crew also installed a TrenchDrain along the outward-facing part of the garage to collect any water that may come in directly from that and can drain right into the WaterGuard. Now this space is waterproof and the homeowner no longer needs to worry about getting water!

This old, open sump pump was not doing its job. It clogged frequently, and couldnt't pump large amounts of water out of the basement. We installed our TripleSafe sump pump in its place, along with a WaterGuard perimeter drain. The TripleSafe is our most reliable sump pump system, with three levels of protection for the basement and the owner's peace of mind. 

The owners of this Harrison, NY home always got a wet basement when it rained, so they gave us a call. We installed a WaterGuard perimeter drain in their home, which is beneath the drying cement in this picture. It will capture any water before it enters the home and redirect it to their sump pump system. The unique shape and large drain openings of WaterGuard aid in preventing clogs in the system, so the owners of this home can have peace of mind during bad rainstorms.

Then, for insulation, they installed our SilverGlo on the walls and RimJoist in any places that air could seep out. 

Now this crawl space is permanently protected, and the homeowner can live with peace of mind.
