A homeowner in Armonk, NY, had moisture issues in their crawlspace. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. One of our Salesmen, Brian DiRisi, went to the home to assess the space and propose our encapsulation solution. 
Shortly after, it would be time for our Foreman, Garfield, and his team to install this job. They installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on top of drainage matting throughout the entire crawl space to protect it from water and moisture. Then, for insulation, they installed our SilverGlo on the walls and RimJoist in any places that air could seep out. 

Now this crawl space is permanently protected, and the homeowner can live with peace of mind. 

A Bedford Hills, NY homeowner was getting water seepage in their basement. They contacted us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a new, permanent system they could rely on. One of our Salesmen, Chris Klonaridis, visited the home to assess the basement and propose our waterproofing system as a solution. 

Soon after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Delfino, and his crew to install the proposed system. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture any water seepage. They installed our TripleSafe sump pump system which will ensure all collected water will get pumped out of the home at a safe distance. They also installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls to help lead the water directly into the drains below. Our Sedona dehumidifier was installed to eliminate any excess moisture and prevent mold growth. 

Now this basement is completely protected and it will stay dry going forward. The homeowner is left with nothing but peace of mind!

Then, our SuperSump Plus sump pump was installed with our UltraSump battery backup to take any collected water and safely pump it out of the home. Our SaniDry Seonda, which is not pcituers, was also installed to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth. 

Now, this entire basement will stay dry all the time, leaving the homeowner with great peace of mind! 

This basement had water leaking in from the walls. To fix this problem we installed Waterguard, Trenchguard and a TripleSafe Sump Pump system to remove the water. A Floodring was added around the waterheater to prevent any flooding from an unexpected problem. A Sanidry air purifier dehumidifier was put in to remove any air mostiure. On the outside of the house an Iceguard was installed to prevent water back up during the winter monthes.

A homeowner in Rye, NY was dealing with water in their below-grade garage. They decided to call us at Connecticut Basement Systems to solve their problems! One of our Salesmen, Brian DiRisi, drove out to the home to estimate the issues. He informed the homeowner that they would need our TrenchDrain and our TripleSafe Sump Pump. One of our Foremen, Krzysztof Wilk, and his crew got to work on the installation. The TrenchDrain will collect any water into the sump pump, which then will pump the water away from the house at a safe distance.
