Before, this Rye Brook crawl space was dark and damp which caused for an unhealthy environment. The homeowner wanted to transform the environment to a dry and healthier space. After doing her research to find the perfect company to help find her a solution, she decided to go with the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems.  

The solution for this crawl space was to install CleanSpace liner, a WaterGuard system and a SaniDry Sedona. The WaterGuard system will keep the crawl space dry by channeling the water internally to the sump pump. The CleanSpace liner that is applied to the walls and floors of the area prevents air and moisture from entering the space. Lastly, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to keep humidity low which will make the air healthier by getting rid of moisture and preventing mold from growing. Now, this crawl space is transformed and the homeowner is thrilled with the results! 

This is a set of before and afters in a basement in Greenwich. The original sump pump had a dirty open hole which someone tried to cover up with a piece of wood. Anything could fall in and clog up the system this way. We replaced it with our SuperSump® Premier Pump System.

The SuperSump® includes a powerful Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower cast-iron sump pump, capable of pumping 2,500 gallons of water per hour out of your basement.

These before and after shots are of an interior drainage and sump pump system installed in a leaky Greenwich, CT basement. 

This homeowner wanted to waterproof their crawlspace so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems. Our Sales Consultant Mick Foster went to the home to understand the issues and informed the customer that they would need CleanSpace throughout the whole crawlspace. This was then installed by foreman Marcial Lopez and his crew. Now this customer is happy knowing their crawlspace is protected from water vapor and moisture damage.  

This Greenwich home had a wet basement. The dampness was causing the area to have a musty odor which made it an uncomfortable area to be in. The homeowner wanted to utilize the basement to its full potential. Wanting to find a solution, he decided to set an appointment with Connecticut Basement Systems since they are the experts in all things basementy. 

The solution to this wet basement was to install a WaterGuard system. This system is installed below the floor and is sealed up with cement. (as you can see in the after the photo) The WaterGuard system collects the water internally and channels it to the sump pump. The water is exited through a discharge line outside the basement. CleanSpace Liner was also installed on the walls of the basement to prevent moisture from entering the basement. With little moisture in the basement, the musty odor will be reduced.

These two products are exactly what the homeowner wanted and now has a transformed, dry basement that he could not be happier with!
