A homeowner in Wilton was getting water seepage in their basement and called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us find a proper solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Vin Orsini, went out to the home to assess the issues and provided them with a solution that would ensure they never get water in the basement again. 

One of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his crew would install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drain system around the entire perimeter of the basement to collect water coming in through the walls or floors. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump that will take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. They installed our CleanSpace wall system to act as a vapor barrier. With these systems, this basement will stay dry all the time, giving the homeowner peace of mind.

We sent out one of our Sales Consultants, Chuck Stofko, to the home to evaluate the basement and propose a waterproofing solution. 

Soon after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his crew to install this project. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. They also installed our SaniDry Sedona to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth throughout the whole basement. 

Now this entire basement will stay dry all the time and the homeowner will have peace of mind! 

This homeowner in New Milford, CT had an unfinished basement that was in need of an upgrade. They decided to call our Total Basement Finishing team at Connecticut Basement Systems to turn their dream basement into a reality. After scheduling an appointment with one of our Sales Consultants, Mick Foster, went to meet the customer to develop a plan for their space. Once this was done, it would soon be time for our TBF team to come in and start the project. 

Our team would install our EverLast Perimeter wall system, new Oak Treads, ThermalDry Tiles for the floor, new doors, and even 3 EverLast window inserts. Our EverLast Perimeter well system will protect the walls from moisture and mold growth, but still give a beautiful bright look. With new doors and new stairs, this home had the updated look that was much needed. This space is protected and ready to enjoy by the homeowner! 

A homeowner in New Milford had water issues in their basement. They reached out to us at Connecticut Basement Systems and set an appointment with one of our Sales Consultants, James Stablein. He evaluated the basement and determined the best solution to get rid of this homeowner's water problem.

Once the date was set, one of our Foremen, Chris LaBaire, and his team went to install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the entire perimeter of this basement. This drain is below the floor slab. They also installed our TripleSafe sump pump which collects the water from the basement. Finally, they installed our IceGuard Discharge Line which is an anti-freeze fitting that ejects water away from the foundation in the event that the sump pump discharge lines freeze or become clogged. This homeowner can now be worry-free with our waterproofing products in place!

In this basement we installed our Waterguard drainage system. We also upgraded the existing TrenchDrain in addition to installing a SuperSump pump. On the outside of the house we put in an Iceguard to prevent water back up during winter months from frozen pipes.
