My sister and I wish to compliment your company on the fine representative you sent to our home to discuss our wet basement problem, Rainer Finke. He fully discussed and explained what would be required to solve the problem. He was very patient in answering questions from two elderly ladies with somewhat limited knowledge regarding a problem of this nature. For some time we have been under great stress with this situation, but Mr. Finke, eased our fears by fully explaining what had to be done and what equipment would be required. We also appreciated his sense of humor.

I called Connecticut Basement Systems in March of 2019 for help with my water issues in my finished basement and garage. The sales Rep Victor Abitia came to my home and saw the complete mess we had. The wall was destroyed from water coming in through the garage under the foundation and into my kitchen. Several other companies did not want to get involved with this mess. Victor put together several plans that he thought could work but my cement floors with ceramic tile caused issues. He did not give up. He called a coworker, took pictures and together they created a plan for my drainage issues.  A plan was put into place and paperwork was done and a date was made for install. The day of installation was amazing. Jose Blees the Foreman came with his helpers Jorge Rojas and Jahroume Gardner. They were friendly and very courteous. They explained everything they were going to do, and they got right to work. After 4 hours I had drains and pumps and outside drains as well, all installed in a timely manner. They were very clean and did not leave a mess behind at all. It was a stress-free project. I even had questions after they left when putting the kitchen back together and I texted Jose and he responded quickly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Connecticut Basement Systems.
