The two employees came to my home approx. 3-4 weeks ago. If I am correct, Luke was in training and Jorge was his trainer. I can not tell you how impressed I was with Jorge, he was professional , friendly and couldn’t have done more to keep me in the loop on what he was doing. He went above and beyond my expectations especially with COIVD, being covered and sure he asked permission to enter my basement. Seldom do you find someone so compassionate and professional. As far as Luke, he too was kind and explained what he was doing the whole way through.  From a new employee perspective I think you have a great NEW employee and if he is under Jorge’ direction, you will have another great employee. I want to thank them for work well done and for being so kind while doing it. If you have the ability to provide some kind of official Company accommodation, please do,  as they are terrific at what they do 

I just had to drop you a quick note.  My office manager ordered one of your Aspen Air purifiers for her musty basement.  She told her husband that she wanted one, recognizing it was a lot to spend.  She showed him the video and he was sold.  They both thought it was the best product video they had ever seen.  She just came into my office raving about it, saying it was worth every penny.  The basement and first floor are, in her words, totally different and new.  She said the air quality is great and her basement doesn't have a hint of being musty since running the Aspen Air.   Your son designed an excellent product, and it is really cool to hear a testimonial right from my employee.  It was so good that I needed to share.

Dear Larry Janesky,  I wanted to personally thank you for assigning your service technician, Ailton Dos Santos, to do the follow-up work on a new install at my home. Ailton is a wonderful human being and a top notch technician and should be awarded Associate of the Year.  I was a very unhappy and frustrated customer after the install of the system. Ailton came to assess the situation and subsequently fixed my complaints. 

Scott Perry and Mike did a fabulous job with the installation - very professional and knowledgeable about the product and answered all questions that we had! Scott and Mike left everything in perfect order!

The installment crew did a great job. Even the clean up was great. The salesman explained everything and answered all my questions. I have used you in a home that I had previously owned. Ron was my salesman and he informed me of that I was in need of two septic systems because of the size of the house. I have recommended you to several of my friends.
