The basement crew came over yesterday. There wasn't as much noise or dust as I expected. The installation went very well and I'm pleased with the work, inside and out. Mrs could not have been happier with the service tech Brendan. She said normally she is a complainer but he did such a great job that she had to let us know. She said he is a rarity, very pleasant, polite and thankful person. She could not express how happy Brendan is to work for CT Basement Systems and how great of a company it is. Jokingly she added that if she had a daughter Brendan's age she would have gotten his number. She liked him that much.

Dan was great! He was so polite is one of the best technicians I have had in my home!
