At 3:30 AM On January 25, 2019, our alarm for my brother's basement system was ringing loud. The pump system was not operating and it was getting ready to over-flow. We called Connecticut Basement Systems and asked for "emergency - after-hour - services." Bruce came and saved the day! Our pump system had to be replaced.  No one wants to go to work at 3:30 AM. Bruce came and could not have been more helpful and understanding. We were not happy about the pump system going, but Bruce was able to replace the system and he did it with a smile.
