Bruce Toth went above and beyond in servicing our CT Basement System sump pump and cleaning another older, existing sump pump. Bruce was extremely knowledgeable about the work he had to do for us and what needed to be done to bring our current system, including old equipment up to par. He left everything just as he found it--better, in fact, since our old sump pump is now working!

I am very satisfied. I feel comfortable and relieved my basement is better to handle water. The installation crew was wonderful! The office staff were co-copertive, informative, and patient with all the questions I asked. Richard Janesky was detailed and clear in his explanations.

Ms. Mandell called in to check this appointment.  She wants to make sure Dan is running it and if he happens to be out this day, she'll reschedule so he can come out.  She thinks Dan is just great, wonderful, he helped her understand things...she couldn't say enough good things about him.  

Your crew just finished touching tip some small leaks 2 days ago from an installation a few weeks ago. You have a fantastic bunch of dedicated craftspeople who I absolutely loved dealing with. The work was superior!!!
