One person did the repair work. He was informative and knew what he was doing. The office staff was excellent as well as your salesman. Shortly after we built our house the contractor dug from the outside and repaired the wall but it did not work. "Great Job" for the first time in 10 years we have no water leaking from the crack in our basement wall. The job done has definitely worked. My husband and I are very pleased!!
