Bobby was very knowledgeable and efficient in servicing/replacing my sump pump.

From the initial contact with Basement Systems to the completed project everything was handled in professional manner. The workers were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. No debris was left lying around. I had some extra questions and they returned my calls and e-mails the same day. We have since contracted with them for Basement finishing as well.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the work your staff did. I have had a minor water problem for 38 years. Having read your ads and comparing sales pitches from competitors, we decided to have you waterproof our basement in North Branford. With the harsh winter and Hurricane Irene, we had not one drop of water. We had the pleasure of hearing the water being expelled to the outside. What a relief this is. A true testimonial to this product and workmanship.

We were setting an appt for their annual maintenance and Mr. said that he had water on/off for 38 yrs and now that he has our system, his basement is dry as a bone!  He asked us to thank Larry for the wonderful products he created and smiles every time he sees him on TV!  Absolutely loves Larry and his company!

Quick short story, we use CTBS years and years ago, I’m driving to work and I just drove by one of your trucks. I cannot even begin to tell you that your company has saved our lives. Every rain storm we would have to go downstairs with the wet vacuum and we have not had one problem knock on wood since we had our sump pump installed and you guys out to fix it. I just wanted to thank you so much and appreciate all that you do.

Dear Mr. Hammock, I regret that I was not able to write to you sooner in high praise of Danny Oestreich. He was at my home in December 2017. Dan is the combination of competence, courtesy and persistence. He did a great job correcting an initial error in installation of my SaniDry XP Air System. We were personally called by our customer to let us know how happy they were with George. George spoke on the phone with the customer to tell him his ETA and the customer was pleased with how right on time he was. The service done was also loves and the customer is excited.
