When I contacted you about encapsulating my crawlspace, I really had no idea how much that would change my house. I've never owned a home with a crawlspace so it was kind of telling. When you guys got done with the encapsulation, I was just blown away and I was so happy and relieved because I felt the musty odor and just all the stuff that goes on without having an encapsulated crawlspace, it all just went away. My initial experience with you guys was amazing. I thank you guys for that because it totally changed my home and certainly made it more liveable. The whole company has been fantastic and I feel like I have a good partner with dealing with my crawlspace.

The recent service call I had outside of the annual maintenance was because someone used my home and turned the power off. We had a ton of rain and when I got to my house and realized what was going on I turned the power back on. When I did, I could hear the sump pump just running and running and running. I could only imagine what it looked like in my crawlspace. Both the gentlemen I talked with were very understanding and sympathetic and set things right. Harry, my service technician, was reassuring and gave me a ton of good news after investigating my crawlspace. It's not the cheapest to encapsulate your crawlspace, but its so worth it and something that I have really benefited from. The whole company has been fantastic and I feel like I have a good partner in dealing with my crawlspace.

The installation crew arrived early to the job! There was some minor, inadvertant damage done to our water system (during installation), but was resolved very satisfactorily.

When scheduling over the phone with Rob what days my crawlspace would be worked on, I emphasized that I was looking to have a quality, professional job done. I told Rob that I want a good crew for installation and workmanship. Rob stated he would assign crew chief Jeff.   When Jeff arrived he introduced himself and we spoke about the job I was expecting to have done. I told him I was looking for the job to be done right and not in a hurry. He assured me he and his crew would perform the job that I was looking for. He also stated that any questions or thought I had that he would answer them fully.   Jeff and his crew, Juan and Steve worked three days and they did a quality job. Jeff was a pleasant, and a great person to deal with and his work ethic should be commeded. Jeff was very professional and should be recognized as an asset to your company.
