I would heartily recommend DryZone to install any basement finishing system, egress window, or sump pump system. Brad quoted us a price, and that is the price we paid, no hidden costs. The materials that were used were all of excellent quality. Our basement was transformed into a beautiful living space. We don't have to worry about moisture or water after they completed their work. They also stand behind their work. Supervisory personnel came and inspected the work upon completion and made sure that anything that was scratched or damaged during installation (ie. floor and ceiling tiles) were replaced. Building inspectors came out at several points during construction and verified that everything was was up to code. Also, we had the work done in the fall and after the winter the dirt around the egress well had settled. They came right out and filled it in again. I would definitely recommend DryZone to anyone having some basement work done.

We chose DryZone because we needed our basement finished and their product was great. The work was great and they always arrived on time. Craftsmanship was amazing and they always cleaned up after themselves. Those guys were terrific.

The two new timer lights are working just fine, coming on at dusk and off at dawn even with the switch from Daylight Saving Time. The new bathroom fan is much better at removing the steam, too. Thanks again! Julie and Steve T

Dry Zone,                Thank you for the fine work done at my Beach House. I first met with Brad Wazlavek at my house and he went to work and checked everything and told me what needed to be done. He knew exactly what he was doing. I went with his suggestions and the work was completed in a timely manner.  They actually completed the work before the estimated date. They did an excellent job and I could not tell they were actually there as they cleaned everything up before they left. I also spoke with Heather who was very polite and help me with the billing. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was not home for the installation (its my beach house) but I was very satisfied with the work done. I have given your info to other people in my area who should be calling you soon to get the same work done in their homes.
