Derek McCarra gave me an excellent presentation, it was the main reason why I chose DryZone. I didn't get a chance to look at the finished work because I sold the home. I did hear that the new owner's are very satisfied, though.

The design specialist took his time and explained everything is easy terms.  I can not say enough about the qualtiy clean up work that the crew did. All who worked on the job were pleasant and knowledgable. They work hard in all environments.

I very much appreciate your technican Steve. He was extremely thorough, concerned, and noticed my big dehumidifier. he asked if it was working properly and when I said I really didn't think so, as I didn't hear the compressor. Although, the fan was working, he got his equipment from the truck and even took the cover off and checked everything-changed the filter and checked the humidity many times to make sure all was well. It is very unusual now a day to find someone who wants to do things right and as a representative for your company you should be very thankful that Steve works for you and does things right and I know I can depend on him to fix the other problems correctly. P.S I think he deserves a raise.

Barry was very helpful and pleasant. Everyone in the office was helpful, too. The crew was always ready to answer any questions and made sure everything was tidy and in place before they left. Thanks for a job that was well done. The crew was always pleasant, even after crawling around in our crawl space for hours. I highly recommend DryZone, thanks again!

The office staff was very courteous. Johnny's presentation was very thorough and professional. The installation crew had arrived on time, and the cleanup was done with satisfactory. Steve was always professional, willing to explain and to make certain that "I" the customer was satisfied-his demeanor and countanance was a pleasant experience.

Everything was cleaned once they were finished and they did everything in a timely manner. I could not have asked for better installers (Isreal, Carlos, & Mario). My husband went in the crawl space once it was completed and was very pleased with everything. A friend was over and he looked in and was impressed as well. Great job!
