Felt that they knew how to install and provide the best product for my home. Also the design specialist wasn't looking for the quick sale. He took the time to explain things and what problems could happen. The crew was great to work with They were quick and constantly working and kept things fairly clean for the job. Showed up on time and changed a few minor things on the discharge like fixing a small leak in the foundation with epoxy. All that I dealth with or spoke with were great. 

DryZone had a representative at the NARFE Convention held at the Dover Sheridan Hotel on June 5th. Being able to talk to Jason face-to-face is why we chose DryZone. Everyone we spoke with in the office and on the crew was courteous and very helpful. The cleanup afterwards was very satisfactory! You could not tell they were here. I will recommend DryZone to anyone who has an interest in your services.

The products were presented in a courteous manner. I knew exactly what I was getting and what to expect from the installation. Amber was excellent in setting my initial appointment and answering my questions. The project went very smoothly and they left no debris behind at all. Everyone's manners were first rate and they were all very sure and confident in the company. 5 star company! I'm very pleased.

Johnny was excellent and very patient. The crew was very sweet and had arrived on time. Good work and everyone was very knowledgable.

Twice, when we had heavy rain, our sump pump and bubbler (IceGuard) worked fine. No issues!

Harry was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in a way I understood.

We chose DryZone based on their marketing campaigns and reviews on the website. Whoever handles that is doing a great job. The entire staff was kind and professional. The crew (Isreal & Jeslier) was on time everyday, were courteous while working, and cleaned up everything very well afterwards.

WOW! From the sales rep (Rodney), to the office staff & crew. I can't say enough. I was impressed from the start. When Rodney came to do my inspection he didn't even hesitate to "dive into" my mess of a crawlspace. He quickly assessed the problem, was very courteous & professional. (* I'll add that the other company didn't even get past the door, let alone identify the problem!) After the next heavy rain, I checked my crawlspace and observed water pouring in like a spigot from an electrical conduit that Rodney had keenly identified. I researched, compared the other estimate, read (or should I say, wore out) the crawlspace science book, and I'm glad to say I am confident that I made the right choice. My pest mgmt. co. also pleasantly confirmed this. I had a termite inspection done just after the job was completed. He came out of the crawlspace smiling. He said you guys did an awesome job! He told me he has seen 100's of encapsulation jobs and none of them compared with the work you did for me. Please thank all of the DryZone staff.

Steve has been great. He is very professional, nice, and outstanding. He has been out 3 or 4 times over the past couple years for annual routine maintenance. He moved a heavy toolbox for me because of my back issues. The cost of the whole project was well worth it. DryZone is an outstanding company and I will be passing your name along.

During a recent service call, Eddie was very prompt and polite. He explained everything he was doing and was very professional. I was happy to write him a check for the service, it was by far the best service I've ever received. I am very comfortable with the degree of knowledge and professionalism that Eddie displayed. Eddie is an asset to DryZone, and you are lucky to have such an outstanding young man in your company.

Harry is an outstanding Service Tech. The way he approached our situation and explained things was great. Harry's an awesome guy. 

Crawlspace is much drier. Very pleased with the job!

There was one minor issue, but was quickly corrected by a DryZone representative. The crew was on time and very courteous.

The representive and his presentation was professional, honest, and stands by the products and services. The installation crew arrived on time, was very courteous, and the cleanup was outstanding. They really know what they are talking about.
