After a free evaluation by our Design Specialist, we designed a plan to permanently stabilize the home’s floor joists using our advanced SmartJack system. Once Karen approved the plan, our team installed each SmartJack in the crawl space, carefully adjusting them to provide strong, reliable support beneath the kitchen.

Louis R. was growing concerned as he noticed his pool deck was sinking and large cracks were forming where it met the foundation. LRE completed a whole home inspection and determined that poor grading/sloping of the property toward the water accelerated the erosion process. Washed-out and loose soil conditions were causing voids and settlement under the deck, so LRE devised a solution that consisted of PolyLevel. This two-part, polyurethane material was injected under the concrete slab through small holes, and flowed through loose soils, expanding and filling the voids as it went. PolyLevel also lifts concrete slabs, like this pool deck back to level, and once the job was finished, the homeowner was thrilled his pool deck was level, cracks closed, and could finally rest easy knowing it was permanently stabilized.

Our expert Design Specialist found that the foundation had settled due to unstable soil, worsened by repeated heavy rainfall over time. To address the issue, we developed a tailored repair plan using our helical pier system to lift and permanently stabilize the foundation.

With Joe’s approval, our team installed each pier deep into the ground until they reached strong, load-bearing soil. The piers were then securely bracketed to the foundation’s footer, allowing the home’s weight to be transferred to stable soil layers. Our team then successfully lifted the foundation back into its proper position, effectively closing the cracks in the exterior walls.

Joe was thrilled with the results and now has peace of mind knowing his home is structurally sound and permanently protected for the future.
