Fed was thorough, respectful, and transparent. I appreciated that they put down a tarp on our driveway to protect it. I heard great things about Shea Dawson. So I reached out to him and I was impressed with him. He was so thorough. Walked me through every option. Didn't try to upsell. Didn't try to pressure me or fear monger me into buying things. He was knowledgeable and patient.

I've had countless estimates to fix my drainage problems. LRE was the first to come in and tell me what I knew was needed without me saying anything. They were more expensive than the rest so I kept getting quotes. At the end of the day I wasn’t comfortable with anything proposed by the other companies, so I hired LRE. They showed up on time. Communicated throughout the entire process and were complete professionals! Rick and his crew were really great guys! I was sure my entire yard was going to be torn up, but it wasn’t. What they did dig up, they put on tarps and filled the holes back in. Don’t waste your time on quotes with other companies. They do it right the first time. Wish I wouldn't have waited a year to hire them! Thank you to the entire LRE team! My drainage and erosion problems are fixed and I can confidently say, my foundation worries are gone! They deliver a quality product that is worth the price!

The crew leader was professional and verified the scope of project before beginning. Then, he walked me through the project once it was completed. They had to work through rain and thunderstorms and still left the area cleaned.

My husband and I just had the best experience with LRE Foundation Repair. We called LRE to fix our driveway because one slab was significantly raised. From the moment we called and actually spoke to a staff member (Cindy), to today, 7/9/24 when Craig and Chad came to our house to make the repair, their attention to detail and follow-up was AMAZING....and I never say that lightly. The office communicated with us at every step and when their design specialist, Robert, was assigned to give us an estimate on the project, they sent us his picture, as well as his work history. Every employee that we spoke to was helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We wholeheartedly would recommend LRE for any foundation repair you might have.

Everyone that was on the crew was always very nice. One of the things that made this job a great experience is that Tim the foreman always made sure we knew what was going on and the progress of the project. He would tell us every single day where they were and what they were continuing to do the next day. Tim would always make sure that he called in the morning to let us know when he was going to be here with his crew. This is what made having this project being done at our home above and beyond our expectations. Thank you for allowing me to give you feedback on your company. I have a 1920’s home that was starting to shift to the point where doors no longer closed. Jordan, Gabe, and Max did a great job of lifting the house to a point where doors could close again without cracking any of my tile floors.

LRE did the foundation work on our 100 year old house. From the initial contact to the last follow up, their customer service has been impeccable! I called for an estimate, the next day it seemed I received a very professional brochure explaining the work they do and the process. I took the time to read through it so when Frank came to do the estimate I had some idea of what he was talking about. Frank was thorough in his explanation of the necessary work and answered all of my questions with patience and in a way I was able to wrap my head around. Carlos, the foreman of the job, was not only friendly and professional but did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. The crew did a great job keeping the construction mess to a minimum. The crew that redid the subfloor in the bathroom did as I requested and only screwed the floor in a minimum number of spots so that it could be easily pulled back up when the bathroom remodel team re-does the bathroom. I highly recommend LRE Foundation Repair!

LRE Foundation Repair is a team of dedicated, polite, hard working individuals. Your team should be proud of that. The sinkhole quite frankly put a damper on our lives. This was during a time of cold weather, neighbors who disowned us for having the sinkhole, the frustration of losing our water supply by well via stirred up or drained, depression over the idea of our home being torn up and sleepless nights of wondering what was happening. Your foundation repair experts were so kind and warm to our family. We felt safe and grateful to have such fine men working in and around our home in order to help us during the crisis. Everything was cleaned beyond expectations. Justin was incredibly communicative about the project throughout its entirety. Shane was also very quick to respond and if he didn't know he'd asked Justin to ensure I got the answers to my questions. As an additional comment, I just want to say Justin and Shane were exceptional; I truly appreciated their patience, explanation, and work ethic.

The work was completed by Mike, Kris, and Cornelius.  We had a walkthrough of the situation before they started working. They stayed with it through all the rain we had yesterday. And they thoroughly tested the drain after it was moved. I checked the house inside, and it was dry.  They did a great job, and it was fun working with them. I'm so relieved to have this work done before the next storm season.   I'd like to thank you for standing by the work on the original project.  I've had nothing but good experiences working with LRE, whether it's the technicians here at my house or support people over the phone.  Let's face it, foundation and drainage problems can be daunting and depressing for the homeowner.   Thanks to the team for helping me through some bad situations.
