Tim and his team did a fantastic job. They finished ahead of schedule and answered all of my questions, as well as implemented agreed-upon changes while still managing to finish early. Tim approached his job with a great degree of professionalism. I would recommend both him and his company. 

I can barely tell any work was done in my yard. Property looked exactly as it did when they started to when they finished. It was a great crew. Everybody cooperated and worked together, and there was no argument or no problems with any of them. There was no foul language or anything. As a business owner myself, you guys run a very, very good company. Thank you for your service. Even the day they had to miss for the company safety meeting and company appreciation party was wonderful. It's something that we do in our company as well.

We called LRE because our yard is prone to flooding and we wanted to take a proactive approach before it became a larger problem. LRE installed a comprehensive drainage system in the yard and tied in our giant indoor flowerpot to the drainage system. No more standing water, with one exception so far -- When Tropical Storm Debby just came through there was a massive amount of water and the system became submerged. It was pumping water for some 24 hours straight, and while things got dicey at times, the water never got above the doors. I am fairly confident in that the system LRE put in more than paid for itself within a single season. In fact, I think they saved our house! Robert went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The crew that completed the install were friendly and professional. The office staff were very kind and helpful. Their follow through and attention to detail are amazing.

Customer service was excellent from the very beginning. They explained the process thoroughly and were available to answer all of our questions. The crew was also extremely professional and they were always on time -- The project was done on schedule! We are very pleased with LRE and would recommend this company to anyone!

Carlos was five stars! He was so communicative, and nice!! He was also so respectful of doing his best not to disturb us because we work from home. He did a great job explaining the project and how it all went. We evaluated 3 different companies. We chose LRE for its demonstrated professionalism (loved receiving the informational guide before the inspection), the proven track record, ability to clearly explain what needed to be done to help our house, the fair pricing, and quality of all employees we interacted with.

"We're so excited to be reviving our 100+-year-old cottage. Most of the piers had sunk or were deteriorating, and about half the rim joists were dust. Walking through it was like the floor of a fun house at a carnival. LRE also repaired the floor of a large bathroom in the main house that was maybe even worse than the floor in the cottage before they started. Tavian and his crew, Johnny and Henry, were very friendly, knowledgeable, and productive over the course of the week at our site. They had a solid plan and made good decisions to keep everything on pace while ensuring the areas of most need got the extra attention they deserved. Tavian took the time to check in every morning and evening to discuss the plan for each day and to walk me through the work that was done. They gave good, complete answers to my questions and remained open to discussing and addressing conditions that were discovered with the tear-out. I cannot say enough about how happy I have been with your employees from the salesman to the workers. Rob and Adam went above and beyond my expectations. And because of them I will be calling in the fall to have my driveway done. I have been in Florida 10 years and it's been hard to find a company that does what they say. LRE was amazing! They installed helical piers under a section of my home that was an add on and was settling due to a lack of footers being built in. While I thought the repairs would not be done until March, LRE put me on a call ahead list to try and get me in sooner and meet my time constraints. Well they went above and beyond! They were able to conduct the project practically a month earlier than anticipated, which I was so thankful for. From the very start, they were so professional and communicative. Zac initially came to evaluate the situation and took the time to educate me on the real issue. Michael, Cory and BJ conducted the project and I loved them. They were prompt, friendly and explained each step of the process to me. They left my house in much better condition than before… that’s for sure! I highly recommend LRE for any foundation repairs you may need and these individuals in particular were a pleasure to work with. They are clearly an honest and reliable company, which is evident from their success.

Rick and crew were awesome and my design specialist, Shea did a great job explaining how the project would divert the water. LRE was not the cheapest but I believed they would be the best and I trusted they would do a great job, and they did!

LRE Foundation delivered, from start to finish! From Robert, my salesman to the office Kristina and Fay, and the whole crew that completed the job in this Florida heat! My crew leader, Rick, did an outstanding job managing his crew and also ensured that the job was completed on time. His crew, Antonio, Henry and Chuck were very professional, courteous and such hard workers. They all busted their tails to get the job completed and we've had some really heavy rains this summer. Since our deco drain was installed, it's been been working perfectly! I haven't seen any puddling of water - drain is working great. The crew also did a great job cleaning up before they left. We want to thank LRE for helping us with our drainage problems and highly recommend this company for your drainage needs.

My community boat ramp and adjacent seawall had voids and washed out areas underneath the concrete. LRE injected PolyLevel in areas to stabilize the ramp and hopefully keep it useable for many more years. The whole process, from estimate with Judd, to contract with Faye, was fair and easy. LRE was able to work within my timeframe and budget. Justin and Rowan were the technicians who did the work and I have nothing but praise for their pleasant demeanor and professionalism. I highly recommend LRE and thank them for a job well job.

Chad explained it all clearly before and during the process. They let me watch and seemed to enjoy educating me all along the way. Judd's original explanation and rationale was so clear. He was realistic about the situation and the fix, and presented a logical solution that was not overkill. I knew he was right almost from the start.

Rick and the crew were amazing. Everything was clean when they left and they took the time to walk us through the project and gave us some guidance on maintaining it. Rick was also quick to respond when we had an issue and came back a couple of days later and made sure the problem was fixed.
