The pier system works by transferring the weight of the structure from unstable soil to stable bedrock or load-bearing strata below. Steel piers are driven deep into the ground until they reach stable soil, then the foundation is lifted and stabilized, preventing further sinking or settling.

Our crew permanently stabilized this home's sagging floors with the SmartJack system. These fully-adjustable steel piers were installed in the crawl space to instantly and permanently stop settlement in its tracks and  even lift the floors above back to their original position!

This troubled home was experiencing severe foundation failure that was apparent via the large stair-step cracks that had appeared on the exterior brick walls. A corner of this home seemed to be separating and sinking into the ground. Our expert crew permanently stabilized this home's foundation by installing 8 helical piers. These galvanized piers are screwed into the ground and transfer the weight of the home to load bearing soil or  bedrock. In this case, they were even able to lift the foundation up to be closer to its original position -  closing the giant gap in the bricks that had previously appeared. 

We permanently stabilized this home's sagging foundation by installing SmartJacks with steel supplemental beams throughout the crawl space. These galvanized steel piers immediately stop settlement and they can even adjust to lift the floors above back to their original position. 

Using our foundation pier system, we permanently stabilized this customers home. Our pier system provides strong, long-lasting support by transferring the weight of the home to solid soil. This prevents further settlement and permanent stabilization. Once piers are installed and home is stable, the crew levels the pier locations with soil.
