Visible cracks, uneven steps and gaps in the foundation were a sure sign this home fell victim to settlement. To provide permanent stability to the structure and give the owners peace of mind their home is safe, we installed our foundation pier system. Our system works by transferring the weight of the home to strong soil or bedrock to prevent further sinking/settling. 

Not having adequate support in the crawl space eventually led to the floor above to sag. To permanently stabilize the home and lift the sagging floor back to level, we installed 15 SmartJacks throughout the space.

We installed our foundation pier system by first excavating small areas around the foundation to access the footing. Then, heavy-duty steel piers were driven deep into the ground until they reached stable soil. Once in place, the piers were secured to the foundation, effectively transferring the weight of the structure to the stable soil below, stabilizing the settling foundation and preventing further movement.
