This troubled concrete patio was cracked and begining to sink, consequently causing the roof above to crack as well. Our crew restored and repaired this sinking concrete slab with the modern technology of PolyLevel. This process involves drilling tiny pea-sized holes into the slab and filling them with a special expansive and lightweight formula that allows for a controlled lift and leveling without adding weight to the troubled soils below.
