The crawl space door was replaced with an EverLast crawl space door to provide a durable, moisture-resistant solution that prevents air and water infiltration, ensuring long-term protection and energy efficiency for the crawl space.

The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier were installed to create a healthier crawl space for this Saint Augustine homeowner. The vapor barrier prevents moisture from seeping through the ground, while the dehumidifier controls humidity levels, reducing the risk of mold, mildew, and musty odors. Together, they protect the home’s structural integrity and improve indoor air quality.

This formerly wet and musty crawl space got a brand new look and feel with our CleanSpace encapsulation system. Made from a 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition, CleanSpace is the most durable vapor barrier on the market. Once installed, it seals, covers, and protects the crawl space from moisture, humidity, and drafts.

Our team replaced this crawl space door that had a built-in open vent with our EverLast Door to permanently stop moisture from leaking in. 

This Saint Augustine, Florida crawl space was suffering from excess moisture, exposed wiring, and an outdated, ineffective vapor barrier. These conditions not only jeopardized the home's structural integrity but also created an ideal environment for mold growth and poor indoor air quality.

Our team solved these issues with a full encapsulation system. We installed the UltraSump® 4 Battery Backup Sump Pump System to reliably remove any groundwater intrusion even during power outages. Paired with that, we added the SaniDry™ Sedona Dehumidifier, one of the most efficient crawl space dehumidifiers on the market, to regulate humidity and protect against mold and wood rot. A new heavy-duty vapor barrier was also laid down to fully seal the space from the earth.

Now this crawl space is dry, energy-efficient, and protected creating a healthier home from the ground up.
