Our foundation pier system permanently stabilized and secured this customer's home that was experiencing settlement issues. With the pier system in place, the customer was confident that their home was now safe and secure. 

Despite its excellent construction, this home has suffered from foundation settlement. Foundation settlement occurs when the soil under the foundation is not stable, and the foundation sinks. This can cause the walls to crack, doors and windows to stick, and other structural issues.

This homeowner became of an urgent concern after the inspection of their crawlspace by our Design Specialist, wood that has become rotten and termite damaged. This is a pressing and urgent matter because the integrity of the home was at stake with compromised wood holding up the structure. Our talented and skilled crew replaced the rotten wood with ease and gave peace of mind to the homeowner!

This home in Savannah, GA suffered from a settling foundation, causing cracks in the exterior brick, interior drywall, and gaps around window and door frames. The Lowcountry Foundation Repair installed 13 push piers to lift and stabilize the foundation.

Our team installed push piers and interior slab piers to stabilize the foundation. The gaps in the interior drywall closed and the doors now close properly.
