Although the homeowner didn't have the resources at the time to have a full encapsulation installed, we were still able to provide a customized partial solution to the homeowner including drainage matting, our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, and a waterproofing system to pump excess water away from the space. The homeowner plans to make the investment in getting a full encapsulation in the future, complete with the CleanSpace vapor barrier.
