We installed a SaniDry Sedona in the humid and moist crawl space to effectively control moisture levels, prevent mold growth, and improve air quality, ensuring a healthier and more comfortable space and home. 

A vented crawl space can cause high humidity levels due to the influx of warm, moist air from outside. This air cools as it enters the crawl space, leading to increased humidity. Our team installed the SaniDry Sedona, a powerful dehumidifier, to eliminate this issue. The SaniDry Sedona works by drawing in moist air, removing the excess moisture, and then circulating dry air back into the crawl space, maintaining optimal humidity levels.

As seen from the before photo, this homeowner was in major need of our assistance. The moisture and humidity in their crawlspace destroyed the subfloor and joist from the bottom up and left them with a bad situation. Over time, this decay can create gaps or holes as the wood breaks down, especially when combined with pests like termites that are attracted to damp environments. Our team carefully removed the damaged floor and debris. They treated the space for mold growth and repaired the subfloor with new material.
