Before we took on the challenge in Newington, GA, this crawlspace was struggling with severe wood rot and high humidity. These conditions threatened the integrity of the home. As you notice in the 'before' photo, the space suffered under the weight of moisture troubles. In Newington, GA, a homeowner faced the persistent challenge of water intrusion and sagging floors. Notice in the 'before' photo how water had impacted their crawl space, and floors were uneven. To address this, we installed CleanSpace Drainage Matting, effectively directing water away to a drainage point. We utilized SmartJack to stabilize and lift the floors back to their original position, reducing bounce. Lastly, the PowerBrace was applied for permanent structural stability. Our team received a call from a homeowner in Hinesville, GA, who had been experiencing moisture issues in their crawl space. Upon inspection, our team discovered high humidity levels and standing water, which led to mold and mildew in the crawl space. To solve the issue, our team recommended installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation System, which would help eliminate moisture in the crawl space and prevent mold and mildew growth. Our team also recommended the installation of a dehumidifier to keep humidity levels under control in the future. This Ellabell, GA homeowner became very concerned about her crawl space when she noticed a large hole in the front and back of her home where water was seeping into her crawl space. The area was extremely wet, and the bricks around her home were beginning to settle. She needed our help, so we scheduled her with one of our inspectors. 

Our inspector suggested that she encapsulate the entire crawl space to prevent water from entering. We encapsulated the crawl space using our CleanSpace product, a seven-layer reinforced laminate that isolates the home from the earth completely and reduces humidity levels. He also noted that the foundation was beginning to settle, and she needed extra support. We lifted the home back to place using our SmartJacks, a galvanized steel column support that lifts sagging floor joists.

After four days of installation, the project was complete and the homeowner was thrilled with the outcome!
