Before our intervention in Williston, SC, this home's crawl space was plagued by excess moisture and falling insulation, posing risks like mold growth and structural damage. Notice in the photo, as the issues compromised the foundation's integrity. Our solutions mitigated moisture, fortified insulation, and provided lasting protection against mold and mildew. Consequently, as shown, the home's crawl space is now encapsulated, ensuring a healthier indoor environment and enhanced energy efficiency.

We removed the moisture from the crawl space, and reduced the humidity, (putting the microbial growth in a dormant state), by installing a Complete CleanSpace Encapsulation. The earth was sealed with Drainage matting and CleanSpace liner. The crawl space vents were sealed and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed along with a SuperSump sump pump. The project took three days for the our team to complete. Morgan and Ashley were thrilled to have fixed the problem causing the mold.
