This Atlanta homeowner was tired of their unfinished, dirty basement and they were having issues with water intrusion. So, they gave us a call about getting their basement waterproofed. In order to ensure a dry basement, we installed the WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, along with a TripleSafe pump system to pump the water out. Additionally, we installed the CleanSpace Drainage Matting and Liner to create a vapor barrier and make the space look nice. Now this homeowner can enjoy the appearance of their basement, while not having to worry about water damage!

This customer's basement floods every time it rains. We installed an interior perimeter drainage system with a high-performance sump pump to solve this problem. 

Before Atlanta Basement Systems, this crawl space was not encapsulated and had open air vents. This allowed humidity and moisture to get into the crawl space and from there it was getting into the upper levels of the house too. In order to resolve this, we sealed the crawl space vents from the inside. Then we used the CleanSpace encapsulation system to create a vapor barrier, while also giving the crawl space a better appearance. Additionally, we added a SaniDry Sedona to keep humidity levels under control. Now the crawl space looks better and is protected from outside air, moisture, and humidity. 

Facing persistent water damage in this Alpharetta, Georgia basement, the homeowner reached out to us for a reliable solution. As seen in the 'before' photo, moisture was wreaking havoc on the basement walls. We expertly installed our WaterGuard system to channel away water and safeguard structural integrity. Additionally, IceGuard protected against any potential freezing of discharge lines, while the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier ensured the airflow remained healthy. For long-term protection, the area was encapsulated using our CleanSpace liner, as depicted in the 'after' photo.
