This homeowner had just bought their home and wanted to have their crawl space looked at. Upon inspection by one of our System Design Specialists, Trey found the crawl space had a lot of moisture and mold. In order to get rid of the mold, Justin used soda blasting. Now that the mold has been removed, the next steps are to waterproof the crawl space so that the mold won't come back.

The drywall and subfloor in this basement were damaged by water infiltration through the foundation wall. As a solution to this problem, our crew installed an interior perimeter drainage system with a TripleSafe sump pump. 

For this customer who wanted to make sure their basement bedroom was up to code, we installed a RockWell egress basement window well. In a basement bedroom, RockWell meets the code requirements for safe egress. The attractive, maintenance-free well finish looks and feels like real stone too! 

In the before photo, notice the water intrusion damaging the carpet of a Riverdale, Georgia bedroom closet.
