In Crawfordville, a homeowner faced a persistent issue with a nasty crawl space, riddled with dampness and potential hazards. This customer called wanting to get the cracks in his garage floor repaired. To do this our concrete repair team went in with PolyLevel and NexusPro crack repair. PolyLevel is injected into the concrete, and it helps to lift and stabilize the concrete slab without adding any extra weight. NexusPro is placed in the cracks themselves to fill the void. It is water and washout proof, not allow infiltration of moisture, and it will not deteriorate during the natural contraction and expansion of concrete. This customer was thrilled to see the new garage floor, and we were glad that we could take the stress and worry away from the customer and deliver on our promises. 

Before Atlanta Basement Systems, this driveway was completely cracked and uneven. It was so bad that the homeowner could not even drive on the drive anymore. In order to repair this, George and Caleb carefully lifted the concrete slab by using PolyLevel Injection Foam. This foam dries quickly and is extremely strong so that the driveway won't continue to sink overtime. Then they filled the cracks with NexusPro Crack Repair. The NexusPro can withstand UV radiation and water so it protects the concrete from water damage that can cause erosion and out of level concrete. 

This driveway was extremely uneven and cracked and the homeowner wanted to fix it, without completely replacing the driveway. Concrete removal and installation is very pricey and time-consuming, so they wanted a more efficient solution. To do this, one of our crews used the PolyLevel System. PolyLevel uses the expanding polyurethane foam to raise the concrete back to the desired level. But it is still lightweight and won't sink over time. Additionally, the crew used Nexus Pro to fill the cracks in the concrete. Now the driveway is lifted and looks great!

This homeowner was looking to sell their home and were trying to complete all repairs to keep the value before selling their home. They had noticed that the staircase leading up to their home was beginning to dip down, and they wanted to stabilize it, without the hassle of redoing the whole brick staircase. Caleb and his crew were able to inject PolyLevel under the staircase, to provide stability for it to sit on, and keeping it water and wash-out proof, guaranteeing that the stability will hold. In the after picture, you can see the PolyLevel sticking out of the side. This shows how it holds stability, but once the project is completed, the extra PolyLevel spilling out of the sides is removed. This homeowner was left happy with the results, and glad that now they were one step closer to selling their home.
