This customer was experiencing issues with cracks and her driveway being un-level. This can prove to be an issue for many different reasons. Other than the fact that its annoying to have a bumpy driveway, it can lead to serious issues when it comes to the foundation and stability. Once cracks form in the concrete, it allows water infiltration which can lead to wash-out, ruining the structural integrity of the concrete. This is something here at Atlanta Basement Systems that we want to ensure no homeowner ever has to deal with, so we got right out to her house, and began to work at resolving these problems. To begin fixing the concrete issues, they started by injecting PolyLevel which is a high-density foam that expands to raise the concrete to the desired height. To seal the cracks the crew used NexusPro crack repair which is a silicone-based sealant that prevents water infiltration and will not deteriorate during the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete. This customer was left pleased that they no longer had a bumpy ride through their driveway, and they also had peace of mind that the integrity of their concrete was secure. 

Although many may think that the wear and tear of the concrete is just unaesthetic, however it can also lead to more severe issues by allowing water intrusion, weakening the soil beneath the concrete. In the before photo you can see the cracks in the patio, so this homeowner needed repair and protection. Coley and his crew injected PolyLevel in the concrete to level and stabilize the concrete. To repair and protect the cracks they used NexusPro Crack Repair, which is injected into the cracks. It is a silicone based sealant, and not only covers the cracks, but it seals them off dismissing water intrusion. This homeowner was pleased with the results.

This customer was dealing with an extreme case of unlevel and cracked concrete in the driveway of their home. Not only was this causing safety issues, but it is also an eyesore when looking at the home. We were able to send out one of our renowned concrete repair crews, and they got this issue all situated for this customer. This homeowner wanted to fix their driveway and front sidewalk because there were multiple cracks and areas that were uneven and out of level. In order to fix this, we used PolyLevel Injection foam to raise the concrete back to the proper height. Then to fill the cracks we used the NexusPro Solution. Now the concrete looks better and is easier to walk on!

This driveway got a total makeover to fix it and protect it from further damage. First, the driveway was leveled with PolyLevel to make it a nice even surface. Then the joints were sealed with NexusPro Joint Sealer and finally NexusPro Crack Repair was installed to repair the cracks. This will ensure that the concrete is protected from water reducing further damage to the concrete in the future.
