This wet, dirt crawl space needed serious help. Excess water vapor was causing the insulation to get damp and heavy, trapping moisture against the floor joists.

However, now, with our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner, TerraBlock insulation, and Drainage Matting, this encapsulated and insulated crawl space will stay dry for many years to come. It even comes with a 25-year warranty against rips and tears, and offers up to 15% energy savings in the long run, thanks to TerraBlock's insulating foam with vapor barrier on both sides. 

Customer had bad piers, a sagging floor in the center by the kitchen, and a possible crack in the tile. One of our workers came over and installed smart jacks for better stability and evenness.
