Beautiful Crawl Space Encapsulation in Boise, ID

This homeowner's old liner was flimsy, thin, and drowning in water! So, we installed a full perimeter drainage system and TripleSafe pump to keep the crawl space dry, and replaced the liner with our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner, which includes a 25-year warranty against rips and tears. This home will stay dry for years to come!

Flooded Crawl Space in Boise, ID

This flooding crawl space needed desperate help with a long-term solution. So, we replaced its flimsy, thin liner with our seven-layer, heavy-duty CleanSpace liner. Sealed against all walls, seams, edges, and pipe penetrations, this encapsulation will permanently separate the earth from the home, keeping the home drier and healthier for years to come.

Foundation Repair in Clearwater, ID

The corner of this homeowner's home was sinking - but after installing our SupportWorks© Helical Piers, their home is now supported stronger than ever. The engineered steel peirs are "screwed" into the soil next to the foundation, and ultimately transfer the weight of the home from unstable soils to, through the piers, competent load-bearing soil or bedrock. You can see the gap between the concrete and the wooden walls close after we lifted the home and are beginning to replace the soil we'd dug up to install our piers.

CleanSpace Installation in Lewiston, ID

This homeowner had a vapor barrier that was not even attached, failing to cover the foundation and foundation walls. This attachment left several pockets of air under the barrier, allowing moisture from the ground to collect. This amount of moisture makes this storage space unusable and can start to cause damage to the household over time. The solution to the problem was to install CleanSpace throughout. We tacked it down so it was secure and covering the foundation walls this time. Now this homeowner will no longer have to worry about moisture collecting in an unwanted area.
