Made from a 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition, our CleanSpace provides the long-lasting durability that you need in a vapor barrier. A flooded crawl space on a newer home had this homeowner calling Foundation & Crawl Space Repair of Idaho. He didn't want his new home sitting in a puddle of water! We made sure that didn't happen. This homeowner called with concerns about the crawl space sealant deteriorating. They didn't think anything had been done since it was originally built in 1983 and when they ran the sprinkler system and saturated the ground, the water would bubble up in the crawlspace causing the insulation to fall apart and the 1st floor of the home to be consistently cooler than the rest of the home.
