This cold and wet crawl space was totally transformed by Foundation & Crawl Space Repair of Idaho. We insulated the floors with TerraBlock and the walls with SilverGlo Insulation Panels. The water issues were taken care of with a SmartSump Sump Pump and SmartPipe Drainage System. The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier not only makes it look nice, but more importantly keeps out moisture!

This homeowner called with concerns about the crawl space sealant deteriorating. They didn't think anything had been done since it was originally built in 1983 and when they ran the sprinkler system and saturated the ground, the water would bubble up in the crawlspace causing the insulation to fall apart and the 1st floor of the home to be consistently cooler than the rest of the home.
