Do you have a vapor barrier in your crawlspace? A recent customer of ours called us because they realized there was some water in the crawlspace and they did not have a vapor barrier at all. We got them on the schedule to meet with our specialist Dominic. Once Dominic got out to the home and looked at the crawlspace he quickly knew the homeowners were also going to need some drainage. Dominic then went over the different options we offer. The homeowners finally decided to go with our SmartPipe for drainage and our CleanSpace Light for the vapor barrier. CleanSpace Light does not fully encapsulate the crawlspace.

The homeowners in this Boise home discovered that water was finding its way into their basement. Even stranger was that no cracks could be found anywhere on the foundation or basement walls of the house. The logical conclusion: the sudden appearance of water must be coming up through the ground. Upon realizing this, they hurriedly contacted the experts at Foundation Supportworks of Idaho. 

Our solution was straightforward and quick to install. Cleanspace was used to fully encapsulate their basement to keep out water, pests, and moisture from finding a way into the basement. To deal with the water seeping in, a SuperSump sump pump and WaterGuard were installed to collect the water and discharge it a safe distance from the house.

With these products installed, the homeowner's basement problems were solved permanently. This made the homeowners very relieved and happy!
