When you own a business, it’s very important that you keep your building structurally sound.  That’s why Archford Capital Strategies called Woods Basement Systems when they discovered that they had bowing walls in their facility.  System Design Specialist Chris T was able to come up with a solution to the problem.

Foreman Jeremy R installed a Geo-Lock Wall Anchor, shown above, in the facility.  The Geo-Lock Wall Anchor has two ends, one will attach to a stable level of soil away from the building, and the other will attach to the wall itself.  The device can be tightened so over time it will be able to straighten the walls.

Matt of Belleville, Illinois needed a solution to strengthen and support the water damaged basement walls. For repair, Team Woods installed Geo-Lock wall anchors to regain stability in the water damaged home. 

Geo-Locks are a permanent anchoring system solution that pulls the wall back into its original position. These anchors are made out of galvanized steel and can be tightened over time if needed. Thanks to the combined effort of Team Woods, Matt couldn't be happier with his repaired space. 

A foundation was settling in Belleville, IL, causing cracks to appear on the exterior wall of the house and cause problems with the windows. To solve this issue, the Push Pier System was installed. These will permanently stabilize the foundation, and in many cases, lift it back toward its original position. These can also close cracks and improve the operation of the windows. This is the least risky solution when the soil conditions are unknown. There is minimal disturbance from installation; installing them is a quick process and will solve the problem once and for all!
