Tom and Arlene S. of Franklin, Illinois were distraught when they discovered horizontal cracks in their block foundation. Cracks not only allow water into the basement, but they are a structural concern. System Design Specialist Nolan M. inspected the foundation and determined the walls were bowing. He designed a solution to restore the walls.

Dillon L., Foreman, installed Geo-Lock Wall Anchors. These anchors are installed into undisturbed soil to ensure the walls are permanently supported. Geo-Lock is made of galvanized steel, so it won't rust. They anchors secure the wall and help move it to its original position.

Tom and Arlene can live comfortably in their home knowing their foundation is safe.

Foreman Jeremy R installed a Geo-Lock Wall Anchor, shown above, in the facility.  The Geo-Lock Wall Anchor has two ends, one will attach to a stable level of soil away from the building, and the other will attach to the wall itself.  The device can be tightened so over time it will be able to straighten the walls.
