Foreman Jose L installed a SmartJack, shown above, underneath Judy’s home. The SmartJack will support the portion of the house that is sinking, and raise it back to its proper level overtime.

A crawlspace in Troy, Illinois, needed some stabilization. Woods came out and installed new support piers to reinforce the floor joists above. The SmartJack system consists of custom-cut steel beams. They are placed in galvanized fill to equally distribute the weight of the building. They can be tightened over time.
