Some of the walls were bowing in the basement of an older home in O'Fallon, IL so Foreman Todd Wells and his crew installed 13 units of Geo-Lock Wall Anchor Standard to help straighten the basement walls and keep them in place. 

Bowing walls were a symptom in this foundation and it was fixed with wall anchors to brace the walls properly.

Judy L was concerned when she noticed that her home's floors were beginning to sink in certain areas. So, she decided to call Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist John S was able to come up with a solution to the problem.

Foreman Jose L installed a SmartJack, shown above, underneath Judy’s home. The SmartJack will support the portion of the house that is sinking, and raise it back to its proper level overtime.
