John and Christine M. of Humboldt, Illinois were troubled by horizontal cracks in their block foundation. System Design Specialist Greg B. inspected the home and determined the cracks were a result of bowing walls. He designed a solution to restore the walls and keep the foundation supported.

Team Woods installed Geo-Lock Wall Anchors. These anchors help restore the walls to their original position and provide permanent support for the foundation. Wall covers were used to cover the installation of Geo-Lock. These wall covers blend in with the basement to provide a beautiful finish.

A home in Humboldt, Illinois, needed some stabilization as the foundations were starting to show signs of failure. Woods came out and installed exterior piers to help stabilize the home. The Push Pier System will permanently stabilize the home's settling foundation and in many cases, raise it back up. Engineered steel tube sections are driven through steel foundation brackets, past unstable soils, to the solid bedrock beneath it. This will transfer the home's weight evenly on solid ground, rather than the unstable soils supporting it previously. With this installation in place, this home will remain stable for many years to come.

A basement wall was becoming unstable in Toledo, IL, so GeoLock Wall Anchors were installed. These will permanently stabilize the wall, straightening it to its original position and keeping it in place. Any cracks will also be closed so that no water can leak through. This wall will remain stable and restore peace of mind for years to come!

This homeowner's foundation walls in Foosland, IL were failing and had many cracks. They had tried many times to be fixed to no avail. Foreman Jose L installed a SmartJack, shown above, in Robert’s home.  The SmartJack will rest on the ground and will support the sinking floors lifting them back towards their original position.
