This innovative sealant effectively filled the cracks and joints, stopping water from penetrating and causing additional damage. Once the application was finished, the driveway looked significantly better. The gaps were sealed, resulting in a smooth and safe surface. The WaterGuard™ system is designed to capture water seepage from the walls and floor of the basement and direct it to the sump pump. WaterGuard™ is installed just below the floor slab, out of the "mud zone," where it won't clog with dirt and debris. This ensures that water is collected and funneled away from the basement, preventing any standing water or moisture buildup. Our Team installed a TripleSafe pump system, WaterGuards, IceGuards, LawnScape outlet, and a CleanSpace Wall System. The TrippleSafe sump pump is designed to keep your basement dry with triple the protection. The first two pumps are active, while the 3rd pump is a fail-safe pump attached to a battery in case of a power outage. The WaterGuards are installed above the footing to capture water before it enters the basement. The IceGuards are designed to prevent clogs or freezing in the discharge line. And lastly, our team installed the CleanSpace system to keep the space clean and dry for our customers. 

On this job, our team installed a CleanSpace and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the crawl space free from humidity and moisture buildup that could lead to mold and other damage to the structure. We also installed three SmartJacks supports to help stabilize the crawl space to prevent the structure from caving in on itself.
