A homeowner decided that they wanted to refresh and upgrade their gutter system, so they decided to contact Woods Basement Systems for their gutter installation expertise. Woods Basement Systems installed Gutter Guards to help keep the homeowners gutters unclogged and to give the home owner piece of mind that hey won't have to climb tall ladders and clean their gutters. 

Our team installed WaterGuards™, WaterGuard™ Port, LawnScape™ outlet, and CleanSpace™ in the customer's basement. The WaterGuards™ are designed to capture water seepage through walls and leaks along the wall/floor joint. The LawnScape™ is a grated outlet system that attaches to the end of your sump pump's discharge line where the water exits the system. Lastly, our team installed the CleanSpace™ along the walls of the basement to ensure a clean and dry environment for our customers. 

A homeowner in Hillsboro, Illinois decided they wanted to waterproof their basement in their home so they can prevent water from seeking in and mold growing. So they gave Woods Basement Systems a call to help with our waterproofing expertise. Woods Basement Systems installed WaterGuard™ to help collect and remove the water that was sinking into the basement. The WaterGuard™ leaves a clean and simple look and is functional so the homeowner can enjoy and use their dry basement. 

Our team installed six SmartJacks™ in this collapsing crawl space to lift and stabilize the structure. To ensure that our customers have easy access to their crawl spaces, our team removes any debris that may be in the way. Our SmartJacks™ are designed to lift and properly stabilize any crawl space so that our customers can fully utilize their space. 

A foundation was becoming unstable and causing concern in a Herrin, IL, basement, as it was cracking and leaking water. To solve this issue, GeoLock Wall Anchors were first installed. These are galvanized steel earth anchors embedded into the soil out and away from the foundation wall. Once installed, these will hold the walls in their current position and can be tightened to allow for improvement and straightening of the wall over time. Next, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls. The white color will also brighten the basement, reflecting the light. Any wall leaks will also be drained down to the WaterGuard System. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. This system has a design that will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. Thanks to these systems, this basement will always remain stable and dry!
