To solve this issue, CleanSpace™ was used to encapsulate the basement. This durable liner will keep the humidity, and other outside elements, out of the basement. Next, a sump pump with a battery back-up generator was installed to discharge any water out of the area, even during a power outage. Design specialist Jacob K. assessed the situation and formulated the perfect solution. Foreman Juan H. then traveled to the home to install a CleanSpace wall system and a Waterguard drainage system. The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was installed above the footing of the basement. It collects any water that is coming up from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement. It then drains the water to the sump pump.
