A crawlspace was not insulated properly in Saint Louis, MO, and moisture was entering it. To solve these issues, SilverGlo Insulation was first installed. This features a radiant barrier with graphite infused in it that reflects heat into the crawlspace to save energy. Additionally, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This prevents crawl space moisture by encapsulating it with a vapor barrier, closing the crawl space vents, and conditioning the space to make a healthier crawl space and home!

The dirt crawl space in this Saint Louis, Missouri home was filthy, cluttered, and exposed to high humidity and mold growth.  Woods Basement Systems installed a SmartSump sump pump system, sealed the crawl space with the CleanSpace vapor barrier, and installed the SaniDry dehumidification system to keep this crawl space clean and dry.
