Foreman Joshua B installed CleanSpace, Drainage Matting, a SaniDry System, and SmartPipe.  CleanSpace is a thick heavy liner that goes on the floors and walls of your crawl space and will make sure it stays dry.

Crawlspace support blocks were failing in Freeburg, IL, and water was entering it. To solve these issues, the SmartJack System was first installed. These are steel support systems that can permanently stabilize and level the floor joists and girders in a crawlspace. These add strength and stability to the existing columns and piers. They are unaffected by moisture, as they will not rust, weaken, or be affected by mold. These will lift the floors above back toward their original position, and reduce floor “bounce” caused by excessive joist spans.
